ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE AND OTHER POLICIES
All references to “you” or “your” refer to the individual who accesses, uses, or participates in the GameOn web application and its related services ("Users"). If you are using GameOn on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. VABDUL RAHMAN is committed to supporting its customers and therefore maintains liberal Terms and Conditions. Your acceptance of these Terms will be deemed as acceptance by the entity you represent, and all references to “you” and “your” shall be construed accordingly.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the GameOn web application (the "App") and any associated websites and services. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. By installing, accessing, or using the App, or by clicking a checkbox or other mechanism that indicates your acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TERMS OF SERVICE
GameOn is a booking facilitation platform that connects Users with third-party venues, event hosts and service providers ("Service Providers"). We do not own, operate or control those venues or the services offered by Service Providers.
- Does not make any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or suitability of any product, service, event or venue provided by a Service Provider.
- Does not endorse or rate the Service Providers or their offerings.
- Will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or other consequences arising from your use of services or venues provided by Service Providers.
- Is not responsible for changes, cancellations or modifications made by Service Providers.
PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & SERVICE FEES
Payments made through the App are processed via third‑party, approved payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and lawful payment information and to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment credentials. You must not use a payment method that you are not authorised to use.
Refunds and cancellations are governed primarily by the Service Provider’s cancellation policy.
- Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is informed at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled booking time, unless the venue specifies a different policy.
- A service fee of up to 5% may be deducted from any refundable amount.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled booking, except where the venue’s policy states otherwise.
- Refund will be credited within 7–8 days to the original payment source.
USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (phone number, OTPs, and any other authentication data) confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.
USER REPRESENTATIONS & CONDUCT
By using the App you represent and warrant that: (a) the registration information you submit is accurate and up-to-date; (b) you will comply with applicable laws; and (c) you will not use the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameOn and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any booking made through the App. Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the App, content, graphics, logos and software are owned by GameOn or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms in the App. If material changes are made, we will attempt to provide notice within the App. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
